"We had a great stay!! Everything was clean. We were dissapointed because it said it slept 8 butwe couldn't figure out where the other 2 adults were supposed to sleep. It's a good thing we brought an air mattress. "

"We enjoyed our stay. House looks great and everything was in good condition. The view from the living room is something that we enjoyed a lot. The location and neighborhood have a feeling of safety and having a space of off-street parking was excellent. Fridge needs a new light bulb and only one quarter of a kitchen paper towel was left for us. Those were the only two aspect that I can mention as improvements for a full 5 starts experience. Thanks 👍"

"Adelle's house was a great place to stay! Clean, well equipped and so close to the beach! Plenty of beach chairs, mexican blankets and boogie boards to use. Adelle always answered my questions quickly and was so nice and accommodating."

Cheerful 2stories house with easy and free street parking right in front

"A perfect place for my family to stay for the week. There were 4 adults and one 4 year old - there were even toys for him to play with! The living room was super spacious, it was on a quiet street in a quiet neighborhood even though it appears to be in a major road. Jerry was super responsive and incredibly kind and generous. It even felt like a real home, as opposed to many rental homes that feel cold and vacant. Overall, a great experience!"

"This property is much nicer than the photos indicate! Quiet location. Comfortable accommodations. Would have been nice to have a coffeemaker but the pour over carafe worked. Also,Bolinas was exceptionally hot during our stay and the unit was hot- a second fan would have helped"

"Very clean and spacious. Management company very attentive and accessible. Solid house for a large group. The backyard was ok but looks nicer in the picture. Overall it was a solid option and close to the golf courses we played."

"Well, there are a few things to mention straight off: no washer or dryer onsite (somehow I missed this on the listing, but assumed a home in the suburbs would have it); the tv remote didn’t work - we downloaded the Roku app and that worked, but it should be replaced; the deadbolt on the front door is glitchy; we had some ants in the kitchen; and there are not any full length mirrors. "Lovely spot to relax in right on the beach, views of varied beach acivies: walking, surfing, kites, jogging — and for surfers, you are right there! Park Side Cafe has really upgraded, superb bakery, excellent chef. Breakers Cafe also very good. Bookstore and library close at hand, and Mt. Tam is just across thge street with world class coastal view trails and redwoods. Stinson Beacch Market is well-stocked — including fresh vegetables — and has friendly staff members. "
