"Woodacre is a great location and this property is in a perfect spot ... high on a hill overlooking the valley. Fully equipped. Great shower. Super back deck. Very comfy bed and pillows (nice surprise). I was visiting friends in Fairfax so this was minutes away. Hiking nearby is very nice, the local deli has sandwiches and breakfast menus that were a surprise and it was quiet. Sunny the dog visited a few days and got treats I always carry on the road. What a jewel he is. The only thing I noticed...

"Quick getaway for three nights. The cottage is roomie, clean, and has lots of nice little touches. Hiking trails lead to stunning views of the ocean. Also nice to be close to a little downtown if you forget any essentials."

"The host, Eda, was an absolute delight. At the beginning of our stay, my wife had a fall at the place we were staying the night before we arrived at Eda's, and was unable to get around easily. She was most kind and caring about our situation and did everything she could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The property is very relaxing with lots of plants, outdoor furniture, a hot tub and lots of visiting birds to watch (particularly the hummingbirds)! We would definitely stay again....

"I planned a fairly random trip to N SF and this place was perfect for what I needed. It’s like a hotel room with a kitchenette. Comfortable, warm, and clean. It also has privacy. The location is great for visits to Muir Woods and point Reyes. It may not be super comfortable for 2 adults due to size, but if you are a solo traveler, it’s perfect"

"Mill Valley is a lovely location and this is a lovely property to stay in. There are lots of walking routes and other things to do, plenty of places to eat and a good supermarket nearby. Sausalito and the Golden Gate Bridge are close by too. Rusty was always available if we needed anything. We stayed for 4 nights but if we come back again we may stay for longer than that,"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Stinson beach cottage. The house is lovely with high-end kitchen appliances and quality towels and linens. The beach is just steps away and the backyard is beautifully landscaped if you’re looking for shade. The separate main and gust house was perfect for two couples to have their own space. The host we extremely responsive and checking in/out was a breeze. One thing to note is that there are no closets, just wall hooks, so if you have things to hang, bring...

"This little cottage was so perfect for us. We were doing an elopement on the beach, and this was a perfect spot for us to stay. It had everything we needed, and the garden was just amazing. We could hear the ocean from the cottage, and the short walk to the beach was a dream. We will absolutely be coming back. "
