"We chose this hotel based on its proximity to Tintagel and Port Isaac. In the end, we decided not to go to Tintagel but we would go to Port Isaac. The bus to Port Isaac stops a short 2-3 min walk from the hotel and after trying to get to Port Isaac in the past and encountering fords (water) and very narrow country lanes, the bus was certainly a great option. "We had an amazing time staying at Caroe Farmhouse, our hosts were so friendly and lovely. The room was spectacular, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning felt like a family affair with everyone sat around the same big table, nice to chat about what you're all up to. Genuinely lovely place to stay."

"Gorgeous cottage with lots of character, low ceilings in areas but you soon learnt to dodge. All part of the character. Stair banister rail stunning character made from drift wood. All rooms on suite so no fighting over bathrooms and a jacuzzi bath downstairs. The owners were very welcoming and full book with instructions on arrival. As well as lots of ideas of places to visit. Fresh milk in the fridge on arrival and the added dry herbs etc in the kitchen added to the homely feel for the week....
