"We had 2 wonderful weeks at this property. The location was fantastic as was the view. It was very well equipped and comfortable. There were plenty of places to eat in or takeaway or just sit for coffee. A couple of minor problems were quickly resolved by the agent. Easily accessible and with parking underground secure. Only minor complaint was the towels provided which were well past their sell-by date. (We went a bought a couple of bath towels for £15.)"

"The apartment is probably the most comfortable we have ever stayed in. Rooms are much larger and inviting than presented in the pictures. Very well located from two very cute towns: Boscastle and Tintangel, with the coastal walk literally in front of the house. "As a family of 4, we stayed for 4 days / 3 nights as a last-minute break to Westward Ho! Numbered parking space. Lovely garden area. Outdoor seating area but too chilly in October! Access via key lock through to shared hall. On entering, we were greeted by the large ground floor, apartment. Recently decorated and spotlessly clean. Area in the hall to hang coats and leave shoes. "As there is a check out time of 9.30 and check in time of 4pm I would expect the property to be ready for us. The hot tub was being filled at 4pm and was cold it was not close to warm by the following day. But worse was the thick layer of brown scum around the edge. Paying £350 for what is effectively one day and two nights with no hot tub is very poor value There was also a leak in the property in the kitchen and a very wet patch of carpet which I think might have been from the bath leaking"

"We stayed for a short break of 2 nights. Lovely little cabin at the end of owners' property, not overlooked, very private and absolutely quiet. The only noise came from birds and sheep! In the cabin was everything you'll need such as microwave, toaster and kettle, even one electric hob. Comfy bed and TV with Freeview. Shower of course. No Wifi but my phone worked on mobile data. Lovely owners, available if there are questions. Would absolutely recommend. Thank you Lynn xx"
