"Lovely setting, but there were issues. Something was falling from the ceiling onto the bedroom with the queen bed. The back bathroom was not clean, windowsills not clean, mold on the shower curtain. Old dog poop was on the deck. Leaves were on the floor in the hallway when we arrived."

"This home was ideal to celebrate my daughter's birthday with her friends! We enjoyed the location, and cooking up a feast. The dock was off limits because of the seasonal rains, however this news was communicated to us ahead of time and we made adjustments as to where to access the river and it did not impact our enjoyment for a long weekend. The girls loved the hot tubbing under the stars. Thank you for having us!"

"Beautiful creek property. Check in was easy. House was clean and ready upon arrival. Rear of property is especially nice.We all enjoyed exploring the creek.The gated parking was great. Only down side is the proximity to the highway. At night the cars passing on the highway seem loud and the headlights light up the inside of the cabin. Our teen slept in the loft area which has no curtain or blind. Adding a blind or curtains would block out the car headlights."

"There were a few issues that needed to be handled upon check in. We contacted the property manager and the owner, and the items were taken care of. The house was clean. The kitchen appliances were high quality; however, the pots and pans need to be upgraded as well. We made do but would have been easier with better things. This is not out of line with other VRBO properties we have rented. It is too bad more owners don't spend the money or take stock of the kitchen equipment. That being...

"Lovely, loved seeing wildlife from front door. Great cool weather and hiking trails. I loved using the Sea Ranch Del Mar pool. Perfect for lap swimming! Some more windows that actually open/ some fans, etc., would have helped with hottest days"

"We stayed for 3 nights in February. Nice cozy home for our family of 4 and 2 dogs. We appreciated the large yard for the dogs. The hot tub was great for a dip at night. The neighborhood was great for mornings walks with the dogs. There's a new playground very close which would be great for little kids."

"We love Sea Ranch and this place was as wonderful as the setting. The check-in process was very easy (a lockbox at the door vs having to drive to the office in Gualala as some other houses require). The deck faces the meadow and hills in the back, which is lovely, and there is a small side deck with a peek of the ocean. The home is clean, warm, light, and cozy with all the amenities of home. I would highly recommend it!"

Offers spectacular views from front yard and backyard, and lots of entertainment with the game room and swimming pool. David is a warm and welcoming host, very easy to communicate with.
