The location was beautiful and private and close to Stewarts Point General store (coffee and sandwiches) and the Lodge (cocktails and dinner). Easy access to Sea Ranch trails and community pools. The hosts were fantastic and the house had everything we needed. We'll definitely be back!"

"The Santini Farmhouse was perfect for our girls-weekend-getaway! The house was spotless and had everything we needed (including instructions how to work everything and a great info book for all local amenities). After a hard day touring wineries the hot tub was a perfect place to unwind. ;) It's a peaceful location in beautiful wine country. Highly recommend!"

"We were able to get to the Pumpkin House in the daytime & totally recommend doing so! The key and entering wasEZ & exactly as stated.We loved the fenced yard for our dog. The house isn’t new and fancy but warm and inviting. Cozy beds, snuggly throws, great gas fireplaces, new appliances, a rain shower head, large soaking tub, simple spices, French press, coffee grinder and a bag of great local coffee to enjoy. We NEVER HEARD A SINGLE CAR! No road noise, just peace amongst the redwoods! The river...

"Kathy and I cannot say enough. Not only a beautiful location in the hills above Cloverdale but the cottage was just gorgeous! the hosts thought out EVERYTHING. "I spent a month at Paul and Vivi"s cottage this summer and really enjoyed it. I was looking for something quiet and peaceful and it was exactly that, with a spectacular view. The cottage contained everything I needed for my 30-day stay, was comfortable and private. I loved just taking in the scenery around the cottage, including their beautiful vineyards. Paul and Vivi were wonderful hosts. I highly recommend it."

"The home is very well equipped for those traveling with dogs, but we did not. Also given that it is dog friendly, I'd say the house was very clean. Kitchen is very well equipped especially if you want to bake, and the beds were comfortable. Location was a little difficult to find because we arrived at night but we managed.
