"Visited our son and his family in the area. Perfect location & neighborhood. House was spacious & exactly what we needed. Only reason I'm not giving it a 5 star is because there were a lot of old stains on chairs and carpets. I did inform them so hopefully they will be taken care of. "

"Very comfortable bungalow close to UF. Nice amenities. Bring all necessary food and condiments though as kitchen is bare of pantry items. No olive oil or cooking spray for pan. Nice floor plan bath tub deep for nice soak.Enjoyed the location to hiking trails and parks.Many restaurants close by as well."

"I rented this property because I was attending a music festival in downtown Gainesville and needed somewhere to stay that was close by. The house is great for a bunch of friends to stay together. Every bedroom has its own bathroom which was a huge plus. The house is HUGE and has awesome amenities like a game room and a big pool. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Gainesville."
