Find Hotel with a Concierge in Stare Miasto

"This was not the aprtment we stay at. Got a taxi from airport to the address we were given to be told we had to walk 10 minutes to an other apartment place near square with all our luggage. Finally got there to be told this where we were staying so there was no need to go to the first place at all which i couldnt undedstsnd. I know i was told when i booked we might have to go somewhere else to get key but to expect someone ti walk 10 minutes across town in the dark no idea where we were going...

"Myself and my partner booked this place for a Saturday night in December for the Christmas Market. After checking out of our previous apartment on Saturday morning we headed to the address named on the booking for picking up the keys (Not the apartment address). Upon arriving to collect keys we were told that the keys were not in fact collected at this address and we should in fact walk to a THIRD address. So we walked with all our luggage to the third address which turned out to be the LUXURY...

"The hotel is in the centre of the city, walking distance to Rynek. I really liked the rustic style of the hotel, yet all renovated, with modern bathroom. The only thing was, it was a little noisy from the traffic outside. Another inconvenience was no cover on a little window I had in my room. There was a skylight which had blinds, and another small window which didn’t. I had to cover it with a pillow overnight. I paid for a breakfast and it was pretty good, in a form of buffet, with many good...

"Great place. We stayed with a family of 4 in Apt. 13A. Big, clean, modern place. AC works perfectly, instructions how to get the key wee timely and clear. Elevator works well. The location is amazing"
