"I had a fantastic and big room on the 5th floor. It had a tea kettle and excellent tea choices. The bed was super comfy. I also appreciated having ample space to hang my jackets. I slept really well, but the area around the hotel can get very loud on the weekend. Some of my colleagues who had different rooms complained about the noise. It was not an issue in my room. "

"Hotel was a great location for getting the bus from and back to Wroclaw airport, which was one of the reasons we chose it. It's a straight walk to the main square, about 10 to 15 minutes. Also a mini market across the road (and a little one in the hotel). Rooms were quiet- didn't really hear any outside noises or people in the halls. The standard room had a frige and kettle, which was handy. On check in we were advised cleaning was by request to keep it eco friendly. Fine by us and we were only staying 2 nights so didn't need it. The housekeeper did ask us when we saw her in the hall if we needed anything. Only slight negative thing i would say is that the pictures of the standard room didn't reflect what we got. The bathroom pictures were accurate but the wallpaper in the room was less modern- i guess some rooms have been upgraded. Not really an issue, just not as pictured. Would stay again! "

"Very clean, bedding and towels absolutely white and fluffy and changing every day if you want , very helpful staff and all polite and speak English well its right in center walkable anywhere . Its on quiet street so no traffic noise, air-conditioning, heated floor in the bathroom. Great roof bar in summer would be great to spend time there. We've had stayed in this hotel 3 times now and happy to come back. Only if you like your tea its no kettle in the room , but nice restaurant downstairs and outside loads cafes great prices and delicious food and cakes "

"Excellent in every way and well worth the money. Sad that the spa was being renovated and thus closed during our stay but we were offered the somewhat more superior facilities at a local health club which was much appreciated as was the compensatory complimentary dinner. "
