Only problem was driving to hotel...our gps didn't like the location and we had VERY HARD TIME getting there(I had clicked on the hotel in my maps app and took us into the area in the wrong place and had to back track)...Doing it again I would have put "Kassam Stadium" into the GPS...that is right next to the hotel. Very quiet location when we were there...free parking and very pleasant staff."

"The security was very rude and intimidatory. They Would not allow me into the property without my key card. I explained that my friend has the key card and went back to the room early. I was the lead guest in the booking. I had email confirmation, my ID and the card I used to pay. Hotel security still refused me entry. I had to call the reception desk to get approval access. This was 4am. Prior to this rude hiccup I enjoyed my stay. After this incident it put a dampen on the rest of the trip."
