"Great spot in old town, easy walk everywhere; cooking/walking facilities fine with lots of little touches (oil, salt, tea/coffee, fine toiletries etc). Does have stairs but we in 70s and was fine! They kept in contact prior to arriving, and organised driver from station for us. Prague stunning and easy access to all best spots from here- deserves ‘chic’!"

If there was a draw back I would say it was in the double talk by staff on fees and extra charges for things. I heard more than once contradictory information by the same person on a topic.
