Upgraded to a river view room on arrival and we found a bottle of Prosecco and glasses in the room when we returned to the room from a walk. The restaurant for breakfast was a met down as it was really slow (we waited for 45 minutes for scrambled egg on toast). Some toast came out after 20 mins (which I ate!) followed by a plate of egg nearly half an hour later. Annoying watching other couples who walked in after us getting served...

"Room and location were great. The hotel is new and modern. My room was quiet as it was off the street. I never heard noise from my neighbors. The only issues were the pillows were thin and not very comfortable. Also, the heat wanted to keep the room at 23 Celsius and would not get lower than that. I ended up turning it off and the room did not get cold, even though it was in the low very cold in January"
