"I actually didn’t end up staying at Margaritaville. I booked there but when arrived, they didn’t have any rooms (booked due to cancelled flight). They went way beyond expected to find me a room. I really appreciate everything the staff did to get me a room for the night!!!"

Remember that you are on island time as the wait staff in the dining area are very slow, hardley speak English and one of them is almost rude. Chairs should be sectioned off for guests when the cruise ships come there for excursions. However, we will always come back here. "We’ve stayed here as a family around 10 times. Nothing but construction taking place the entire time at sail the pool side restaurant. No real waitstaff to support purchasing meals and drinks during the day, took way too long for staff. Massive fail charging us what they charged us when the amenities where less than ideal . Will not stay and pay here again."
