"This hotel is located on the edge of the old Quebec city. It is very convenient for reaching restaurants, one of which is in the hotel. Our room was clean, and the housekeeping staff responded quickly to our requests. The staff--all of them--are very friendly and bilingual. This is true of Quebec in general in our experience."
