"The neighborhood is close to everything and we felt comfortable walking when needed. We had some difficulty finding the location with the address provided, but once we figured it out, it was fine. Other than that, no complaints. "

"This unit worked well for two couples. The space is small, but thoughtfully furnished. The kitchen is very functional and there was an apartment sized fridge rather than the under-the-counter one pictured. Also 3 TV tables, 4 folding chairs, and a folding table. Plenty of towels, and beach chairs, a wagon, and an umbrella in the laundry room. Recommended."

"Everything about the stay was 5 start except the cleanliness of the hottub and pool The house was beautiful and the furniture/beds were comfortable and inviting. The only complaint we had was that the pool and hot tub were not cleaned and ready for us to use. The property manager responded quicky to our call about this but as we were only there for 3 nights, it really wasn't enough time for the pool nor hottub to clear up to use."

"My family and I (7 in total) used this home recently. We were in town to see my daughter sing with St Petersburg Opera. We found the home easily but upon arriving found it was on a very busy main thoroughfare. The driveway was a half circle which was good, but pulling out onto the street was a bit precarious. The only other issue was the A/C, which worked fine and kept us all cool but was very loud inside, with a constant loud drip whenever it was running. Otherwise we were very happy with...

"We selected this property for the upcoming race weekend for February / March. It was a pleasant stay with all the necessary amenities provided. A bottle of wine and plenty of coffee grounds were provided which was great for our group! We didn't use the pool because the water was still a bit cold. The only bed that was not used was the upper bunk bed, so no comment on that. All the other beds / pull out couch beds were fine. Thank you again for the pleasant stay!- Tyler"

"The front desk staff were enormously helpful in checking me in with a last minute reservation. The property is super stylish, with a very cute pool. Incredible location with tons of hip restaurants, coffeeshops, yoga studios, bars - within a few blocks. It also smells really good for some reason everywhere in the hotel which was just a nice bonus! The rooms are gorgeous and spacious and super comfy."
