"We chose this villa for the location and views. 5 days before our travel we had message to say villa was no longer available due to renovation work not complete. To be fair we were offered another villa for the same price nearby on St Christophe estate which was larger and would have cost more. "Great location with view of the Carribean. The dip pool on property is fantastic and the community pool that is just next door is even better. We were able to hang out most afternoons at the community pool by ourselves and the view from the community pool is even better! Will stay again!"

"Just returned home from my stay at this property and I must say that I totally enjoyed it. The house is air conditioned and comfortable and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. If excersize walking is your thing, this particular neighborhood is ideal. You can walk within the neighborhood comfortably-- no need to go to the main road. In addition to everything stayed before, the owner and on-island contact are pleasant and respond quickly to inquiries. All in all, great place, nice stay!"

"Absolutely loved our trip to St Kitts. Our host Beulah was great the minute we arrived and getting us settled. Extremely helpful and friendly. The house is true as advertised, overlooking a beautiful bay. Enjoyed breakfast every morning on the patio overlooking the bay. The location was central to most everything. "Sunset Reef is fairly new with 7 suites - all with a view. The hotel management and staff are extremely helpful and eager to please. The food in the restaurant is very good. At check-in, we were greeted with frozen fruit drinks, cold towels and water, plus some fruit in the room. Lovely sunsets from the restaurant! Hotel beach is rocky and is being worked on. "

"Rooms were basic but very clean suited us just fine. The bed was horribly hard and uncomfortable; we have stayed at many Caribbean hotels and know not to expect super comfy beds but this one I think was hardest and most uncomfortable. Staff were very sweet and accommodating. The private beach area was very nice with use of chairs and umbrella. Nice location near the strip for many food options!"

Architecturally Designed Villa in Paradise, Quiet Beach & Blue Water Views

"The house is absolutely gorgeous! We loved the indoor/outdoor living space and the pool. It is so tastefully decorated, relaxing and beautiful. We had everything we needed for the week. I always appreciate when there are basics provided (garbage bags, paper towels, beach towels etc) and this house had it all! The location was quiet and private and gave us a great home base to tour the island. The visiting monkeys were fun too! All of the info and recommendations that the owners provided was so helpful. It was easy to meet up with the property manager to get a quick tour of the house so we could settle in and enjoy our stay. It was a windy week so we weren’t able to snorkel at Turtle Beach but loved the snorkeling at Salt Plage Beach at Christophe Harbor. Highly recommend the Spice Mill Restaurant and SoHo for dinners. "
