"Great property on the south peninsula. We were a group of 5 adults and 2 kids. This was perfect for our group. Short walk to Turtle beach. A 15 minute walk to Cockleshell beach and the Reggae beach bar. Kids were able to swim at each of these beaches and enjoy the private pool. The house is showing some wear, but is very clean. Other than our food, the house had everything we needed. Communication with the host was easy. We would definitely return here."

"Great location with view of the Carribean. The dip pool on property is fantastic and the community pool that is just next door is even better. We were able to hang out most afternoons at the community pool by ourselves and the view from the community pool is even better! Will stay again!"

To be fair we were offered another villa for the same price nearby on St Christophe estate which was larger and would have cost more. "Just returned home from my stay at this property and I must say that I totally enjoyed it. The house is air conditioned and comfortable and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. If excersize walking is your thing, this particular neighborhood is ideal. You can walk within the neighborhood comfortably-- no need to go to the main road. In addition to everything stayed before, the owner and on-island contact are pleasant and respond quickly to inquiries. All in all, great place, nice stay!"

The description of the house online was completely different than the house we rented, and the kitchen had zero amenities. Imagine finding out 3 weeks prior to our trip that this was a shared property and the first night rental was double booked. I am still waiting for a credit for that one night. "Sunset Reef is fairly new with 7 suites - all with a view. The hotel management and staff are extremely helpful and eager to please. The food in the restaurant is very good. At check-in, we were greeted with frozen fruit drinks, cold towels and water, plus some fruit in the room. Lovely sunsets from the restaurant! Hotel beach is rocky and is being worked on. "
