"We chose this villa for the location and views. 5 days before our travel we had message to say villa was no longer available due to renovation work not complete. To be fair we were offered another villa for the same price nearby on St Christophe estate which was larger and would have cost more. "Great location with view of the Carribean. The dip pool on property is fantastic and the community pool that is just next door is even better. We were able to hang out most afternoons at the community pool by ourselves and the view from the community pool is even better! Will stay again!"

"Just returned home from my stay at this property and I must say that I totally enjoyed it. The house is air conditioned and comfortable and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. If excersize walking is your thing, this particular neighborhood is ideal. You can walk within the neighborhood comfortably-- no need to go to the main road. In addition to everything stayed before, the owner and on-island contact are pleasant and respond quickly to inquiries. All in all, great place, nice stay!"

"Absolutely loved our trip to St Kitts. Our host Beulah was great the minute we arrived and getting us settled. Extremely helpful and friendly. The house is true as advertised, overlooking a beautiful bay. Enjoyed breakfast every morning on the patio overlooking the bay. The location was central to most everything. "Rooms were basic but very clean suited us just fine. The bed was horribly hard and uncomfortable; we have stayed at many Caribbean hotels and know not to expect super comfy beds but this one I think was hardest and most uncomfortable. Staff were very sweet and accommodating. The private beach area was very nice with use of chairs and umbrella. Nice location near the strip for many food options!"

Island Perfection

"Our stay was nothing short of perfect.The owner and property manager were so kind and helpful. The accommodations went well beyond our expectations (as seasoned travelers) and offered easy access to a myriad of activities. The location offers walking distance to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, and taxis (though I suggest renting a car). A few activities I would recommend include: Brimstone Hill, Caribelle Batik & Romney Manor House, Spicemill Restaurant at Cockleshell beach, Coconut Grove Restaurant, Marriott (for the local Craft Market on certain days - BEST prices in town and support of local vendors), Sandy Bank Bay for a quiet secluded swim, Majors Bay for a little snorkeling, and El Fredos Restaurant. We will definitely be back. I cannot say enough good things about this Sealoft rental. The owner and property manager will take good care of you and the island vibe here is very welcoming among the locals."
