"The hotel is in a very great location. Best tolits of restaurants and the beach is within walking distance. The room was very clean and our towels were changed every day. The grocery on the compound was ideal and convenient. The lobby needs a makeover, it's the first impression you get of the hotel, and it's is just drab. The buildings on the property iss a bit dated and could also do with a face lift. Overall our stay was great, staff very helpful and friendly."

"Best side on the island to be on the carribean sea Vs the colder windier Atlantic side. Nice beach backed by about 10 restaurants and bars of all types of food. Happy hour 3 caribes for $5!"

"Beautiful location, nice smaller hotel. Front staff all kind and helpful. Restaurant is a little expensive with smaller portions and servers seemed a little disenchanted. Location is 5mins from the airport but a 10-15min drive to the port and 15min drive to Frigate Bay so not walkable to anywhere but you can hire the hotel transport for a very reasonable price and excellent drivers. Would definitely recommend - overall excellent value for a good price. "

"Alex & Annie were very professional, courteous, kind and helpful during my 7-day stay at this lovely boutique hotel. Alex & Annie willingly answered all my questions about St Kitts, places to visit around the island, and most importantly, places to eat and have fun. The location is perfect! Close to the airport, ferry to Nevis, Frigate Bay beach bars, Port Zante and a few steps from the town center. The best part is that it cost less than $87/night including taxes. Best deal in town.
