"The house and location was great. Kitchen is awesome, living room really comfortable and cozy. Bedrooms nice, comfortable, do the job. Bathroom more than adequate. Heat in house easy to control and very effective. Location between Utica/New Hartford and Cooperstown is perfect. Smart TV with apps and access to streaming services is very much appreciated. Found the Wi-Fi to be very reliable, even when streaming live TV. Will definitely stay again, looking forward to returning next year!!"

"We loved the rental! Very clean and lots of space. We were very active seeing family in the area and exploring. Didn’t see much wildlife besides squirrels and chipmunks. Would love to rent again next time we are in the area. Thank you again."

"The lake and the view were absolutely beautiful. Kayaks, a boat and canoe were provided with life jackets. Weather was unseasonably cold during the nights and mornings. House does not have a heating system but there were plenty of blankets and comforters. Fire pit was such a nice addition for the evenings. Hope to revisit in the future "

"This is a beautiful, spacious house with beautiful views. We stayed here in October when all the foliage was at its peak. The host was so nice and so easy to communicate with. The house was cleaner than any hotel I’ve stayed in and stocked with all the amenities such as towels, toiletries, washer and dryer, etc. "

"Excellent stay! Brad was so helpful - answering my emails promptly prior to the visit and also helped us quickly during our time at the property when we couldn't figure out the TV. He left supplies for s'mores which were thoroughly enjoyed, and even left worms for my husband and son, who had planned to fish.
