"The house and location was great. Kitchen is awesome, living room really comfortable and cozy. Bedrooms nice, comfortable, do the job. Bathroom more than adequate. Heat in house easy to control and very effective. Location between Utica/New Hartford and Cooperstown is perfect. Smart TV with apps and access to streaming services is very much appreciated. Found the Wi-Fi to be very reliable, even when streaming live TV. Will definitely stay again, looking forward to returning next year!!"

"The Lakehouse does not disappoint! We had a 60 person wedding here on 3/1 and everyone fit perfectly. The outdoor maintenance worker was great at staying on top of the all of the snow and went above and beyond to make sure all our guests could get on the property. Scott and Ina were amazing throughout the months we booked and planned. Outside of the wedding, a group of us stayed throughout the weekend and enjoyed all of the things this house has to offer! "

"We had a wonderful Christmas at the farmhouse! With the snowy landscape, it was magical, beautiful. The house is so charming, and the host had decorated it for Christmas. I expected it to be very cold as the temps were in the low teens, but the owner had taken extra steps to keep us warm. It's nice to have access to extra towels, blankets, plenty of throws, and other amenities. We had our daughter's wedding there -- just family -- and Scott bent over backward to help us. "This is a beautiful, spacious house with beautiful views. We stayed here in October when all the foliage was at its peak. The host was so nice and so easy to communicate with. The house was cleaner than any hotel I’ve stayed in and stocked with all the amenities such as towels, toiletries, washer and dryer, etc. "
