"For an old school "motel" is was super clean and very well taken care of over the years. A wonderful deck to hang out on by the water with lots of seating. Its rare to find an indoor & outdoor pool like it has. The bath towels were to die for, so soft and plush. The electronics were up to date and a generous size tv with plenty of channels. The proximity to the village of Cooperstown was less than a 10 min. drive along beautiful RT 80. There is no Verizon cell service at this location. It is well worth a stay!!!"

"Easy check-in, friendly staff, comfortable room. Just stayed the one night, but it was perfect for my visit. Staff kindly directed us to the bus stop for Utica, which I wasn't quite sure on the location for and it really helped my trip go smoothly."
