"We had room 24 and it was really a nice room. I loved the tub, I could lay my 5'10" body fully in it. The room was very clean and I liked it had a kitchen. We were able to walk downtown with no problem. I am 70 and don't have issues walking. We come here once or twice a year and stay overnight and will come back every time now."

"Just a quick overnight stay to St. George Island. The Buccaneer was a perfect stop and it’s right on the beach. The staff is great. The rooms are a little dated but clean. You can walk to restaurants and shops too. I would definitely come back! "

"Reminder they give a physical key which you must remember to return if you leave before 8:00 AM and there isn’t anyone at the desk. They were very nice about our taking the keys by mistake, we overnighted them back to the hotel. The staff is very nice. The building needs some work, it was clean but updates and repairs are needed. "

"Once we got in and heat on it was great. Only observation is the mattress had defiant problems. You need to flip and rotate it or replace it. Other than that it is a great place to stay a few days. "
