"The property was nice and everything, but the neighbor was completely rude. Wanted us to turn all the lights off and use candles and be quiet at 830... um like excuse me while im on vacation... we had to deal with him cursing our children for swimning in the pool almost every night of our 4 night stay... i will not return for that reason"

"This property was perfect. It was clean, a great size, and steps from the beach. You could sit on the front porch and listen to the ocean. It was a great area, and even on New Year's Eve it didn't get too crazy. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had plenty of dinnerware and appliances to suit anyone's needs.Checkout instructions were not posted, so I went through my booking information to make sure that I was doing things correctly. "Very clean and well kept home. Ample room for those days that the weather doesn’t cooperate. Kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed. The seating in the living area is the only thing that was a slight issue. Weather not permitting us to go outdoors, there wasn’t enough comfortable seating for us all. We did enjoy our stay and a huge thank you to the host for going above and beyond!! We will rent again."

"It was quiet and quaint. The thermostat was going haywire but we tolerated it. )I brought an extra blanket. ) There was a fly problem going on as well. The guest kept the door closed that lead to the kitchen and rooms which helped a lot. I would stay again if I was visiting less than a week again. "
