"Staff were friendly but the service was slow. It was particularly busy as they had two balls on the day we stayed. Excellent service from Danny in the Thai restaurant. Other staff need more training. Great selection at breakfast but a lot of it was only luke warm. Very warm welcome at reception. I actually felt that they wanted me to have a nice stay rather than just saying it.Comfy bed and great to have a bath and separate shower."

"We were attending a show and this hotel was within walking distance. The hotel was grand and comfortable. It was clear to us that the fabric of the building is tiring and lacks some facilities. In short - lived it - but perhaps needs some major investment "
