"Matk was very accommodating so thank you. Lovely spot right next to the beach. Yes the steps was a challenge by myself and dogs but was well worth it just for the view.Not able to park on the drive as the Car wouldn’t get up the drive due to luggage in thr boot. Parked in a nearby car parkProperty had everything I needed and was very cleanI did highlight to Mark about the oil tank outside producing fumes but haven’t had a response. "Fabulous location, cottage comfortable and spotless, kitchen well equipped. Bedlinen and pillows, duvet good quality. Shame no towels provided.Garden not huge but secure and pet friendly, more than adequate with the dog friendly beach less than 5 minutes away. Patio nice and private.Turn into lane and parking for cottage very tight, needs extra care."

"A great place for a family Christmas. The property had tasteful Christmas decorations and the two lounges were a bonus. The house was well equipped, comfy beds, good Wi-Fi and satellite. If you like the North Cornwall coast I would thoroughly recommend this property. Hopefully, we will return."

"The property was spacious and we all had room to eat together and plenty of bathrooms. "

"Accomodation was fantastic and welcome to the site was brilliant. Only issue we encountered was the external sewage pipes as they ran along side the cabin. From day 1 it appeared to be a problem with some sort of blokage and contractor out every morning trying to sort it out. The foul stench left behind after contractor finished was quite overwhelming, especially coming back into the main bedroom ensuite toilet. Thankfully we were out and about everyday with friends, so only had to contend with...

"Beautiful and modern house…we enjoyed our stay, but the only issue is the hot tub is not clean, loads of dirt noticed in the water, which is disappointing because we don’t want to use the hot tub again."

"The site was very clean and well presented. The caravans were exceptionally clean and the extra little touches like towels, tea, coffee and sugar plus milk were a great touch. The food in the restaurant was hot, fresh and reasonably priced which was a bonus."

"Lovely location, next to a small farm. Great views from the balcony, stars at night were spectacular. Nice waking up to the rooster and cows. Our large dog loved the securely enclosed paddock with a lake in the middle. Extremely cosy and warm cottage."

"Such great value just outside a fab village a short way to beaches and Padstow. Very clean and fresh with small garden. The lack of a coffee maker / plunger a bit annoying and only just enough plates etc. otherwise great. "

"Excellent stay at the Old Custom House over Easter weekend. We were able to get into our room early and were pleased with how nicely decorated and well equipped the room was. We also had a lovely view from the two windows over the very pretty harbour. The bed was very comfortable and although quite small, the room was full of character. Staff were friendly and welcoming at the hotel and the lady doing breakfast both mornings we were there was delightful. Breakfast was included in our room rate and was very good."
