"We found the property a brilliant base for our family needs and our dog. The property is good condition, it could with an outside light so it would be possible to stay in the garden later in the evening. Also the picture of the garden show green grass either side but one side was rubble and overgrown which is not great when you have a dog. There also 2 light nobs missing in 2 of the bedrooms and the double room on top floor you couldn't shut door properly as it difficult to get back open....

"Owners were really lovely very welcoming and accommodating. Strawberries and shortbread lovely touch along with t bags milk and coffee. Very dog friendly and lovely safe enclosed garden. Would highly recommend and would definitely return. Area fabulous for walks and great place to relax "

"We maximised the amazing access to the Camel Trail and rarely got the car out as we could get to Padstow, Bodmin and Wentfordbridge via the trail. Lots of walkable restaurants in town and supermarket on hand as well. Plenty of room for a family, nice garden space. We really look forward to coming back to stay again. And from the visitors book, we would be joining lots of other repeat guests. "

"Beautiful upside down property with loads of room for the 7 of us plus a cute little dog. Easy access to lots of fab beaches. Would have been a bonus if the pub had been open but this didn't detract from a fab holiday. Weather was glorious 6 out of 7 days which was an added bonus. No actual parking at the property but spaces outside the pub which were always free. No nearby shop to walk to, but we had shopping delivered. VERY comfy beds! The only issue we had was that the showers over the...

"Lovely location of property on cliff with beautiful sunsets. Shower was broken and when reported wasn’t fixed also outdoor furniture needs replacing so people can enjoy the views… "
