"Staff and service was great and helpful with any questions i had. It was an awesome surprise to find out that this place is more than just a hotel. Loved the artwork throughout the first two floors. Such a great experience. Rooms were spacious, well cleaned, up to date, with good fluffy towels. Overall great hotel in the heart of downtown within walking distance from restaurants. Only drawback was parking. $40 per day valet parking. Valet was efficient. "

"There was a high school prom on the night we checked in but there was no issue. The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast room service was inexpensive and very good. "

"Check in was a breeze. Desk person very nice. Parking was good, on site. Our room was clean and neat. Bed was very comfortable. We were staying overnight for a surgery the next day. Was it perfect? No. Could use some updating here and there. The was an odor in the lobby area. May have been an air freshner that wasn't a scent I liked. All in all great for what wee needed."
