"The facility was clean. The location was great. The only thing negative was the lighting in the room was horrible. It was a clean and comfortable.... cave. Even with all the lights on, the coffee corner was not very conducive to see options or operation of the pot. The only other negative was , while we were adding a snack purchase to our room, the attendant was repeating our last name and room # over top of other people in lobby. Dont need any extra Hagan Daz added to bill. 😉"

"Hotel staff is always great. Nice coffee shop/bar in the lobby. Walkable to several breakfast/ dinner options. The area is a little sketchy but ok for a one night stay on a road trip. Convenient to freeway . "

"Hands down, this is the worst place that we have ever stayed. Due to it being Parents Weekend, everything that was half decent was booked so we were overcharged on a rat trap. It smelled, the small pillows and sheets were do dingy that we went out to buy extra pillows and a blanket. The smell was so bad, we left the next day. Unfortunately, I prepaid so we couldn't get a refund. We would of been better off sleeping in our car. To the owner of this establishment, spend the money that you're...

"Front Desk staff were excellent, even able to accommodate a late-minute request for adjoining rooms during Xmas shopping and college basketball season. They gave us a mid-day wakeup call after airport mixups made some of our party arrive late and forgave our failure to return the room keys (discovered 50 miles down the road after we'd left)."
