"We did our research and because of the long stay we was doing so we visted the property before we booked. Steph was excellent answering our questions and so profesional. So much so we are here for 5 more weeks which is two bookings. The residents that are here are so lovely and helpful to short stay residents. Its a must to book. We love the pool and the cafe on site ."

"Rooms were a bit outdated but quite comfortable and with a lovely view. Ocean view room definitely a major upgrade on the standard 2 bedroom rooms especially while there’s construction beside the hotel on the new Meriton high rise. The pool and facilities were excellent for adults and kids."

"Really nice, quiet and spacious 1 bedroom apartment. 5 min walk to shops/grocery/bars. Very easy check in. Super clean. Pleasant experience all round!"

"Loved the area and rooms. Very comfortable, clean and great restaurants all walking distance. Parking was very tight especially for SUVs . Pool was underwhelming but everything else was lovely. "

"We stayed at The Shores for 16 nights, it was well worth it being so close to the beach and also not too far from the heart of Surfers Paradise. The staff were easily contactable and the apartment itself was fully equipped with everything we needed. Bonus was having access to a complimentary laundry facility. "
