"The property was very clean and had all the amenities required. It backs right onto the railway though and trains passing in the night can be quite loud, so maybe best to bring earplugs. There is no central AC, but there are portable air conditioners. One of the rooms doesn't have a wall, it's just open into the living room area, so a little less privacy than expected. Overall it was a good place to stay."

"Our chalet was just as advertised and was very clean. I had no problem communicating with our host (Wei) through emails. We had a slight problem with finding the Lodge due to no street signs (we had not cell phone service). Otherwise, her instructions were easy to follow. The location provided quick access to Banff and Canmore. It really was a great place for our basecamp."

"Over the last 4 years we have visited Mystic Springs a few times a year. My family and I love coming here and always feel at home at Mystic Springs. The outdoor heated pool and the hot tub is fantastic and no matter what time of year we have visited (even in the middle of winter) we have enjoyed using these facilities.
