"Loved starting here! The hotel was high end and very clean. It is located right on the water. The pool chairs overlook the pool and ocean. There is a burger/pizza type restaurant and bar that also overlooks the ocean. The hotel provides towels, sunscreen, snorkel equipment, go pro usage, bicycles, paddleboards and kayaks free of charge. There is great service at the pool (they set up towels on your chair & adjust umbrellas for you and also have poolside drink and food service) and there is Caribbean music playing. There were also lots of fun free events (s’mores, ice cream, wine tasting, sip & paint, etc). The hotel is right on the water & there are beautiful sunsets. There is no beach, but there are stairs into the water for swimming or snorkeling and there are ‘sea hammocks’ if you want to float in the water. We thought we would miss the beach, but didn’t at all. We spent a lot of our trip snorkeling and scuba diving, so we enjoyed laying by the pool in the afternoons. The rooms were very clean & maid service was excellent. The rooms have mini-fridges, but no microwave. The hotel has good (but expensive) food and is walkable to a few decent restaurants. There is free parking a well. It’s an easy drive to beaches where you can lounge, snorkel, scuba or swim with turtles. I believe there is also a free shuttle to seven mile beach. It’s a little pricey for drinks & food, but we loved our stay here!!!"

"We have just returned from our annual stay at Savhaven. The property has not changed one bit. The condition of everything is excellent. Claude and Lorna are the kindest of hosts. This property is more of a community feel, than a vacation/tourist feel. The Countryside Shopping Village has anything you may need. Be sure to check ALL of the cabinets before you go out and look to buy anything. The place is loaded with every cooking utensil you may ever need, and some you will never need. The location is ideal for just about every place you may want to go. When you stay here it truly feels like you are at home. Taking walks through the neighborhoods you occasionally come across other residents, and they are nothing but welcoming and friendly. This is the place to go for everybody. Time with family. Able to be a tourist when you want. Beach and snorkel access. Grocery store, fast food, local food, pharmacy, liquor store, etc. Safe and secure. It has it all and it is very convenient. Claude and Lorna are the crowning jewel. Thanks to all that have stayed here before us because everyone has taken such great care of the place that it was not any different than a year ago. Maybe even a little better. We will continue to go back every year, and maybe more. We have stayed there with just two of us and with other family and friends. It is one size fits all."

"The rental space is perfect for one or two people in a beautiful home. They are also very helpful and having someone to pick you up from the airport is fantastic. "

"Finding a unit that offered 3BRs/3 BAs that was well kept, classy, and not in the middle of no where was not an easy feat. However, this unit fit the bill. Although not on the beach, there are beautiful views from 2 of the three balconies in which you can view the water. 2 of the water view patios are also accessible from the main floor master and third floor master bedrooms. Covered parking w/the unit and a car is recommended. The unit was stocked with everything and clean, it was literally plug and play. There were beach chairs, towels, noodles, laundry detergent, fabric softener, etc. Moreover, the beds were comfortable. Although it did not bother us, it should be noted that you can hear the jets taking off and landing. It wasn't constant, probably no more than 3-4 flights during the day and about the same at night. We got lost navigating to the unit, as GPS led us to a location in which there was no through street to the building. So, the owner had to guide us by personally meeting us in the grocery store lot and we followed behind. This was one of several examples of how the owner and the concierge staff went over and beyond. They also brought a cooler for us to use as well. Regarding the property, it is near everything one could possible need. The grocery store (hurley's), a delicious restaurant (Aria), with a gelato company (Alloria), Blackbeards (liquor store) and a ton of other businesses nearby. This is a no brainer unit, 10/10. Book it now!!"

"I thought there might be a "catch" because this location appeared to be affordable, comfortable, and conveniently located. But to my surprise, there were no strings attached. Amini's place was perfect perfect perfect. We were swimming with turtles within 20min of arriving. We made quick friends with our upstairs neighbors who'd been coming to the island since the 1980s. After they saw us diving into the clear waters with our own gear, they asked how we knew that Spotts was the best hidden-secret for snorkeling on the island. I guess we just got lucky! Not only is this VRBO located on the best beach, it is the closest unit to the water. The steps from the backdoor lead directly onto the clean sands. And though the beach is not private, it certainly feels that way. The few people we came into contact with were very friendly. I highly recommend stocking up on groceries, cooking some meals in the kitchen, and enjoying them in the sunroom. If you can get the full-unit speaker system playing, that's a huge bonus. We ate local food and shared champagne while the sunset over the island with calm oldies playing on the in-suite speakers. It felt like a dream. And to continue the dream sequence, not only did we swim with turtles, but also with countless beautiful fish, several (friendly) stingrays, and an OCTOPUS!! Amini was a fantastic host. She responded to all of our inquiries quickly and effectively. Though, very few questions needed asked. The answer is YES. Book this place."

We appreciated having a washer and dryer in the condo with all the supplies needed to do laundry. The best part was the convenience of having world class snorkeling right behind the condo"
