Beautiful Condo

"We enjoyed our stay in the condo near Kaibo. Be warned - there are a lot of jelly fish in the water just outside of the condo so swimming is treacherous. Luckily there were kayaks that came with the condo so that we could enjoy the water. "

"An absolute perfect stay on the Caribbean. Condo was newly updated with lovely furnishings, kitchen was great and location cannot be beat…..I’ve never had to take so few steps to my beach chair. Aside from the TV being hard to work & some of the beach loungers being uncomfortable, truly a great spot. Hoping to come back!!!!!"

Incredible getaway

"We wanted a house away from 7 mile but all the conveniences of home with a beach and pool. We got it in spades. We’ve stayed at a lot of nice VRBOs for vacation, but the Downing’s place surpassed all expectations and more. From Diving company recommendations to being responsive to every question within minutes(even months out of our stay), to having every possible accommodation for a vacation home, they provided such great insights and comforts of home. We like to travel all over but if we come back to the Caymans, no doubt we will stay here again. Great trip, relaxing and eventful. Thanks again!! Also, shout out to Barbara, the property manager. Corner Kai Paradise!

"Our family stayed at the property for week and had an amazing time. We were not sure which side of the island to stay but after spending some time here we were so pleased with our choice. It was quiet , peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle of the west end. The property was perfect for our family. It was well equipped with everything we needed and more. We enjoyed having quick access to east end as well. Having the Kaibo yacht club was an added bonus. We walked over for food and drinks several times and were treated to life music on several occasions. There were several tour boat based out of the yacht club so getting to depart lure spot was a stress free few minutes walk. The beach was clean and well kept with very peaceful bay and opportunities to snorkel for our kids. The pool overlooking beach area was hard to beat and never too crowded. If we were ever to return to the island we would not hesitate to stay here again. Lots of great memories were made. "

"Very nice condo with all the amenities that we could want. They provided kayak, paddle board and inflatables. Enjoyed snorkeling at starfish point. It was quite a drive to get to town and restaurants but the trade-off of being quiet and relaxing was worth it. If you are looking for a good restaurant, the Seven Mile Burger was the best we found. We highly recommend it."

"House is located in the nice and quite area of Rum Point just south of star fish point. Walking distance to a nice restaraunt, and of course star fish right off your beach area. Can snorkel or paddle board. Skip the frantic and crowded area by 7 mile and go to where its nice an quiet. "

"Everything we needed was stocked in the condo. It was exceptionally clean. We loved the quietness of the Cayman Kai area. Would definitely stay again and prepare with more groceries, a few more excursions out in the sea. "
