"Having stayed in 3 different VRBO's in Grand Cayman, and a dozen others elsewhere in the Caribbean, this was the most well-appointed of all. Everything that you could think of possibly needing, they already had - and most likely multiples of. The property was clean, the beach was very nice, and the pool and hot tub were clean, and working as expected. One suggestion is to replace the master bed; even with the foam mattress topper, you could still feel the divots/sagging and it didn't make for a great sleep. Other than that one thing, the place was great. Walk over to the Kaibo coffee shop in the morning, and grab a lunch or drink there in the afternoon - super easy. Private Charter boats can pick you up right at that dock, which you can see from your back porch/patio."

"This property is incredible. The pictures don't do it justice. The location is amazing (right next to Starfish Point) and the house has everything you need! We hired a chef to come to the house and cook for us, and he was pleased with how the kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, and cooking utensils. The pool can't be heated but we wouldn't have needed a heater anyway. We would definitely stay here again! "

"We had the pleasure of staying at Pools of Kai #10 the week of November 16th to the 23rd, and it truly delivered a slice of paradise! If you’re looking for a serene escape on Grand Cayman’s quieter north side, this villa is an excellent choice. Here’s a detailed breakdown of our experience: 🏠 The Villa The pictures online are spot-on—this villa is just as beautiful in person! One thing to note: there’s a pier right outside the back porch. While it’s not a highlight in the listing, it didn’t bother us at all. In fact, it came in handy when our private boat charter dropped us off there—super convenient! The upstairs bedroom was a standout: comfortable bed, great views, and an overall cozy vibe. 🌞 The Screened Porch The back screened porch was one of our favorite features. It’s incredibly relaxing and offers a perfect spot to enjoy meals, soak in the beautiful views, or simply unwind in the sunshine. We spent a lot of time here, sipping mimosas in the morning, dining, and letting the peaceful atmosphere take over. 🍳 Amenities The kitchen is well-equipped with most of what you’ll need to whip up a meal. We cooked breakfast and a few dinners, which saved us time and money. Pro tip: stop at a larger grocery store near the airport on your way in. While there’s a small store nearby for essentials, it’s a 45-minute to an hour drive to the larger stores on the south side of the island. Enjoy your stay!"

"It was so great to be away from the busy part of the island. Property was exactly as described. The only improvement would be to have a cooler to take to the beaches, which really isn’t a real complaint. "

"This is a great location to get away from the crowds at 7 mile beach ! You can get a private chef to cook in a great meal or 2 and there are a few good restaurants nearby. Awesome pool and outdoor space and very spacious 5 bedrooms for the whole gang or 4 couples. Owners are easy to communicate with and you will really enjoy your stay her!😎😎"

"Spent 2 nights at Kai-Aah. Condo was beautiful. Very clean and modern. Large screened in porch. Nice pool area. Very quiet area. Enjoyed our stay. We had to cut our stay short due to an incoming storm. Owner was great to deal with and credited us for the night we missed. Highly recommend staying here if you are looking for peace and quiet."
