"The condo was just as advertised, with plenty of space for two couples. Water pressure in the showers could be a little stronger and the drying feature on the dishwasher was not drying properly but only minor inconveniences. You will need paper and plastic goods ie trach bags, toilet paper and paper towels and napkins for an extended stay.The sunsets from the screened in porch are amazing. The location is perfect with a wide selection of activities on site and nearby. The proximity to the marina was great for meeting excursions or just watching the boat activity. The availability of the kayak was a great benefit and made for great trips to Starfish Point. We really enjoyed the laid back vibe of the Rum Point area and would definitely return to this condo."

"We cannot speak highly enough of this property. The owner and her management were easy to work with, responsive and had the property ready to go when we arrived. It was a week vacation with my wife and two teenage children, and the property was perfect for us. We loved staying on Rum Point versus near 7 Mile Beach and would do it again, just for the vibe of the area. The owner's to-do recommendations were spot on, and the location is fantastic for walks to Starfish Point and the bioluminescent bay. The property was well stocked and had everything we needed from kitchenware's to the washer and dryer. The pool and hot tub were used daily, and the proximity to the beach out back and beaches nearby was incredible. We would absolutely stay here again and look forward to our next trip to Grand Cayman. "From the moment we arrived, it was clear that they had thought of every detail! Tucked away in a peaceful part of the island, it’s just far enough from the city but still convenient to restaurants, and attractions. The proximity to the pool and ocean is an absolute highlight. A screened in area is great and as a couple traveling with young ones, having a space like that where we can spend time together and not be right outside the bedrooms is really nice. Right out the back door is the Kaibo dock and we were able to book our stingray city tour from here – so literally 5 minutes before we had to check in we walked over to the dock.You are steps away from a little coffee shop every morning which we loved and then the Kaibo restaurant at night. It really is great to have in your “backyard”. For us a real bonus was the life jackets, and things for the kids. Such a pain to travel with otherwise! The hosts were incredibly responsive. We had asked for a recommendation for a photographer and absolutely loved the recommendation. We had an issue that was 100% out of their control – we were able to get a hold of them within minutes and resolved the problem. I bring this up because they really went above and beyond to help us and it was out of their control. This property exceeded expectations and provided a level of comfort and convenience that made our stay perfect. It’s clear that the hosts take great pride in offering a top-notch experience, and we’ll definitely be back"
