Lovely studio apartment which is a part of a large house that is also used for vacation rental. Home was built in 2016 and features modern amenities.
The only shared amenities are the 30X15 ft pool and gazebo. The home is only 5 minutes away from Spotts Beach, Hurley's supermarket and local restaurants.
Perfect for your a romantic getaway, business trip or simply to see the beautiful Cayman Islands.

Isolation, definitely need a car here unless you are up for a walk. Far from bus routes. It’s in the middle of a residential subdivision Cheaper to stay here however. It’s outside GeorgeTown and far from 7 Mile Beach

Perfect location to Spotts Beach and the Brewery! Saw 2 stingrays, 5 turtles at Spotts Beach during our stay. Shared pool and laundry, had no troubles with neighboring groups. Definitely will come back! Thanks Grace!!!

Wonderful property located in a quiet neighborhood. The location was convenient for checking out the entire island. Clean, comfortable with a wonderful pool that we enjoyed while we were at "home". I would recommend this property for anyone traveling to Grand Cayman!

Great condo in safe, quiet neighborhood with beautiful pool!
We had a great evening at our VRBO. The property is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The condo was perfect for our needs- somewhere to lay our head before returning home the following day. The proximity of the condo to the airport is an asset as well. And the chance to dip my toes in the salt water pool under the stars at night was the perfect end to a perfect vacation. I would definitely book this property again.

Such a cute quiet retreat!
My husband and I just needed a nice safe spot with a bed for one night before we could check into our resort. This fit the bill! Easy check in. Easy for our cab driver to find. Great bed, nice small kitchen. If we need a layover day again in Grand Cayman, this will be our choice. We didn’t get to use the pool, but the area back there is really nice!

Cozy studio in a great location
The most outstanding feature of this stay was the quality and responsiveness of the host, Grace. She answered questions and gave advice promptly and went above and beyond to make our stay feel like home. The studio is lovely and the pool is luxurious. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, off the main tourist areas, and feels like a little slice of heaven. Island Experience At Its Best
Our visit to Grand Cayman was amazing. The accommodations are perfect, cozy and peaceful. We were greeted by Glaister upon our arrival which was a special touch and much appreciated. The communication between Glaister and Grace was excellent from the time we made the reservation through our departure from the island. They definitely made us feel like we were part of the island family versus being a visitor and having the hotel/tourist experience. A very nice place to stay overnight. So clean and a great bed. Took care of all our needs
We rented this place to get to our vacation a day early. Because of our flight, we got in much later than expected. It was raining and very dark but once we found it it was perfect. The king size bed was very comfortable. The studio took care of all our needs for over night. We would stay there again.
