"THE RESTAURANT WAS AMAZING AND THE STAFF SOOOOO FRIENDLY. DRINKS AFTERWARDS AND THE YOUNG MAN (BAR TENDER) WAS SWEET AND ACCOMMODATING. THE YOUNG GAL AT THE CHECK-IN COUNTER SEEMED A LITTLE ANTI-SOCIAL. SAID GOOD MORNING AT THE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST THE NEXT A.M. AND SHE DID NOT EVEN LOOK UP OR EVEN RESPOND, AND I WAS THE ONLY ONE THERE SO SHE HEARD ME. NO COMMENTS ON THE BREAKFAST, NO NOTHING. ALTHOUGH THE OLDER GAL WAS VERY FRIENDLY. DON'T THINK THE YOUNGER GIRL WANTED TO BE THERE. "

"Great facility with lots to offer. Really super clean rooms comfortable beds. Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I have ever had. The lady at the front desk Gwen, was fantastic she upgraded our room with a lake view. We appreciated all the information that she gave regarding where to eat since this was our first time in Hayward. The only thing about the service was we requested some fresh towels and never got them. But really a well appointed room nicely done only one problem was the bathroom you feel like your in a closet and there's no room kind of a weird set up. But everything was to date and clean! Appreciated the hot tub and the sauna and the pool was huge for a hotel. Highly recommend this hotel. I would give it 6 stars!"
