"The hotel is well-located, right next to the Rathaus tram and subway station, which puts it a mere 10 minutes walk from the museumsquartier or the parliament. It's well kept and clean, beds are comfortable, the showers are good. But the service is not up to par. On our first night, we had a door hanger opting to give up having the room cleaned the next day in exchange for a beverage or donation.
