"Bethany is an amazing host who thinks of everything. We have never stayed in a home with so many amenities to make your stay perfect: smores kit, a variety of seasonings, frozen mugs for drinks, bubble bath, blankets by the fireplace, the list could go on and on. Our dog loved the fenced in yard and all the little doggie extras. House is spacious and deck provides a beautiful mountain view. An easy drive to the property was also a plus. We will book this property again and again. "

"This place is now our favorite lake getaway. Small and very cozy with well-stocked kitchen with all you need to cook your meals. The owner is wonderful and very easy to contact. "We were over the top thrilled with our stay. Its so quiet and peaceful out there. The house is wonderful and the best thoughts of what a vacationer needs. I can't say enough good things about this wonder place. Private, secluded in the trees. Coffee on the deck every morning with the dew over the property listening to the birds was so relaxing. "We loved this property! It was very new - didn't have that "lived in" feeling at all and no obvious wear and tear on any appliances, furnishings, or kitchen tools. And very clean!! The house had most everything you could want...and great views. We had 2 small kids with us who really enjoyed the vanishing steps to the lake. "After the hurricane, there were not many places in the county that had electricity, but this home did. It was a blessing for our family to be able to live and work here for a week. The house was clean and very comfortable and the host was very easy to work with. Highly recommended for someone visiting the area or needing a place to stay while home is unavailable. "

"Horrible experience! The house was filthy! Towels and washcloths were old, worn and mismatched. Bedding on queen bed did not fit the bed. Bunk beds had no bunkieboards and cheap mattresses. Dishes were sparse, random and put up dirty. Outdoor hedges are overgrown and house is hardly visible from the road. Vrbo refunded our money, but weren’t able to find somewhere else for us to stay on an already stressful weekend, as we were in town for my 10 year old nephew’s funeral! We will likely never...

"Lake lure took a big hit to the storm. But this cabin had all we needed to keep us occupied during our stay. Restaurants and some shops are open. Loved how everyone is so open to helping each other. House was so lovely, owner was very accommodating. Anytime I had a question. I texted him personally. He responded very quickly. I highly recommend this house. We will come back."
