COMFORTABLE BED WHICH IS REALLY IMPORTANT AS WE HAVE STAYED AT OTHER VRBO'S WHERE THE BEDS WERE NOT A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE AND WON'T GO BACK BECAUSE OF IT. PROBABLY THE BEST VRBO WE'VE EVER BEEN TO. WILL DEFINATELY LOOK AT COMING BACK. VERY PEACEFUL PROPERTY. TONS OF ROOM. "

"This is our 4th year in a row to stay at this cabin. My 2 boys (9,15) love this cabin and surrounding land. We love to fish, explore and build fires in the fire pit. We also love to look for cray fish and shoot BB guns… "

"Honeycrisp is a great place to stay. Everything you could possibly want or need in the kitchen. Bedding is so comfortable. Furniture is very nice. Plenty of hot water. WiFi was great. I would recommend this property. Just know there are quite a few curves getting there. There’s enough room for two vehicles. For us, it was a little tight (we had 2 vehicles) but that’s only because we drove our F250, otherwise it would be no problem. Great place! Enjoy! "

"Lake lure took a big hit to the storm. But this cabin had all we needed to keep us occupied during our stay. Restaurants and some shops are open. Loved how everyone is so open to helping each other. House was so lovely, owner was very accommodating. Anytime I had a question. I texted him personally. He responded very quickly. I highly recommend this house. We will come back."

"Clean, spacious for 4 adults. No view at house, but very close to lake. Enjoyed a family of Wild Turkeys! They gave us a feather. Beds comfortable. Shower is superb! Nicely updated but still maintained the cabin feel. Recommend"

"The stunning views make this home amazing. The sunrise was our favorite! And you can watch the sun set from the balcony off the kitchen. Getting there can be challenging for those that aren’t used to the windy and steep mountain rosds. Definitely recommend going to the store for your food/drinks before you climb to the top of the mountain where there is plenty of parking for you and your guests. "Location was great to Rumbling Bald Resort. Had passes to the pool and a short ride to the facilities. Great spacing for privacy inside along with a fun “arcade” downstairs."
