"We had a great time during our stay! The owners were very accessible for questions and even replaced the TV during our stay when the TV speaker wasn't working. The kids loved the fire pit and there was a lovely view of the lake. The location is peaceful and we enjoyed a lot of outdoor time thanks to the beautiful weather. "First, let me list the negative aspects since VRBO limits how much I can write in my review. 1. Garage door was broken, did not work all weekend. We had to manually open and close every time and couldnt figure out how to manually lock it. 2. There is NOT parking for 3 vehicles in front of the property, no matter what management might come back and say. 1 space in garage, 1 outside garage, and any additional have to park a LONG way from the house, out of sight 3. There is NO river access. Only...

"Long weekend getaway with our family and this property was amazing. Absolutely stunning and better than we expected. The house had everything we needed and the outdoor areas were absolutely amazing. We did a little hiking down by the Pedernales, watched the stunning sunrise from the back porch, fed the chickens and collected the eggs. It was an unforgettable weekend and Wendy was so great.
