"The unit is compact but has nearly everything required for our week-long stay. The location is great, as was assistance when required from the booking agent. "Main house was lovely & serviced our needs entirely. The large balcony provided plenty of space & comfort over looking the property. The kitchen had every thing we needed. The pool was awesome & lots of fun was had. Our only issues was that one of the beds in caravan near shed had broken slats & could not sleep on it & neither vans were air conditoned. "the owners have done an amazing job with this home. It's got everything you need for a holiday and is walking distance to North Avoca beach. This is a blessing when you have kids! The beds are super comfy and the air conditioning is so good after a hot day in summer.Hope to come back again soon!"

"An open-plan, sun-lit house, with ample space for large groups. Our teens and 18+ kids enjoyed to fooz ball and snooker table. We brought our own food and geoceries cause there aren't any stores nearby. Having free access to Netflix and other apps on the TV was great, and loved the Anchor restaurant right at the door of the property. "My family & I - 5 adults & our little dog stayed in Maree’s home to celebrate my son’s 21st birthday. We had an amazing time - the house was spacious & very comfortable. The facilities were excellent. We swam, kayaked, used the spa, fished off the jetty & most importantly spent lots of precious time together. Unfortunately the dishwasher dirty so we didn’t use it and all the food we cooked tasted like soap for the first 3 meals despite handwashing and rinsing everything we used first.
