"We arrived early after our overnight flight and they were happy to store our bags until our room was ready. When we returned, our bags had already been moved to our very spacious room. There were complimentary water bottles, toothbrushes and toothpaste along with the usual shampoo soap etc. After about an hour, they called to see if we needed anything.We’ve been very happy with the accommodations."

"The Bar at the hotel has the worst service I have ever seen at any hotel I have stayed at. We have experienced this on more than one occasion at this hotel. We have complained before but the situation has not improve. Employ more staff. "

"I loved my stay. So convenient. The only issue I had was that I went away for a much needed break where I wanted quiet. At first I found the digital key idea to be cool and the hotel welcoming with their well executed links to spa, dining etc but after several emails and messages and having to download an app that was glitchy, I found it to be the opposite of what I wanted. "An open-plan, sun-lit house, with ample space for large groups. Our teens and 18+ kids enjoyed to fooz ball and snooker table. We brought our own food and geoceries cause there aren't any stores nearby. Having free access to Netflix and other apps on the TV was great, and loved the Anchor restaurant right at the door of the property.
