"Great location, great property, great hosts. Wake looking out at the ocean, walk down the hill to breakfast, have a swim, grab some fish and chips and have dinner on the balcony watching the surfers. Very relaxing break."

"The Sanctuary is quiet, peaceful and very much a sanctuary. The property was beautifully presented with a fantastic outdoor area (even a putting green) to relax and the interior was very well laid out, clean with quality inclusions in the kitchen, lounge, bedroom and bathroom very much appreciated. Very close to Avalon Beach and a further short walk to Avalon's shops, it's an ideal place to relax and explore the Avalon area. Don't forget to try the excellent Oliver's Pies nearby. "Stayed with a group of friends for a weekend catch-up. We had a great time at this property! The space is great for large groups, especially with the open floor-plan in the main living space, allowing us all to be together. Plenty of areas for seating, and a variety of outdoor areas to relax in. I noticed other reviews commented on the oven - we had no issue once someone got the hang of it! Absolutely stunning backdrop, and the local coffee shop was right down the driveway - very friendly...
