"We loved this gorgeous little beach house. Fun, colourful, comfortable, stylish and so well equipped-especially for cooking. I would have loved to hang there for a few more days. Great back yard to while away the day. "

"Really appreciated the host of this property, allowing late check out as we had a funeral to attend. Easy to check in, great location in a beautiful and quiet area and parking was easy. "Overall good place to stay, wouldn't recommend with babies though because there's lots of stairs and it's difficult to get in with a pram. To get into the apartment you have to go down a flight of stairs inside, go through a door, go down another set of stairs, cross a big terrace and then get in. We ended up using the garage to come in but even that has stairs. Unfortunately the door through the terrace locks from the inside so you have to make sure you don't forget the key otherwise you're...

"great stay! we loved this place, it was clean, in a great location and had plenty of things to do. Hot tub and pool were definitely highlights, but we also loved the cinema room and games room, so fun! "

"Comfortable and quiet small house behind (I assume) the owner's main house. Private outdoor area, comfortable beds, proper kitchen, overall good value and nice place to stay. Parking is on street but immediately outside the house."

"Avoca Beach House had everything we needed for a low key Easter break. Great location right on the lagoon and beach off leash area; we enjoyed walking, kayaking and paddleboarding with our two dogs, movies at the gorgeous Avoca Theatre and relaxing with a family bbq on the deck. Unpretentious and well equipped this is a friendly and well loved cottage with many thoughtful touches that we really appreciated."
