"Hot tub is new and clean. Kitchen has most of what you would need. Grocery stores are 45 minutes away so bring lots of food and your favorite condiments that need refrigeration like ketsup, mustard, chocolate syrup, coffee cream, soy sauce, bread, peanut butter, butter, etc. Nice selection of spices in kitchen. Beds are comfortable. A very relaxing wonderland. Skies are very dark and filled with stars. Beautiful common area with horses and ponds. Will stay here again!"

"This cabin is beautiful and immaculately maintained. My friends slept in the bedroom downstairs and I was in the loft. I have back problems and the bed was so comfortable! Check-in was so easy, and the instructions were detailed and easy to understand. The directions were also easy to understand. We loved the decor and the signs in the laundry made us smile. Super close to the state park and Spencer/Sparta/Pikeville. We ran around chasing waterfalls and had a wonderful time, and a wonderful...

"Overall good experience. The cabin could have been a little cleaner (refrigerator, dishes, showers). The a/c-heat didn't seem to work but it wasn't terribly cold and was able to make do with the fireplace. "

"We had a nice time, enjoyed FCF State Park. On plus side, very comfortable place, good bed, nice wraparound porch. On the minus side, small bathrooms, outside furniture needed cleaning (maybe keep cushions inside until use?), lighting throughout not good for reading."
