"Just home from an amazing week at The Westin, our room was always kept spotless, we had an amazing view of the Empire State Building and the room had loads of space in it. All the staff we encountered were friendly and willing to help you. There is a resort fee to stay here (common in America/New York) but in exchange they let you have breakfast or drinks vouchers which I thought was great! Location is excellent, just along from Grand Central station, Chrysler building and Summit. I really hope we get to come back to New York and if we do The Westin will be our first choice! Thank you all for an amazing week in New York!"

"My stay was a two night very brief stay but extremely convenient to my needs for this trip. A friend stayed there last spring and I thought it was very nice and we will be repeating the stay again this April. It was spacious and clean with a nice view of Manhattan. The only complaint I would possibly have (and even more my fault because I said nothing) but the room was extremely hot and for me a bit suffocating. It was 20 degrees outside and most people may appreciate the warmth but it was set at 72 which is my usual comfortable temperature but it was stifling and even as much so when I turned it down to 65 and wasn’t able to lower it any further. Otherwise perfect and I will look forward to my April vist"
