"The first night—excellent. Second night at 2:00 am someone in the loft beside me starting yelling, screaming, fighting between male and female. This went on until 3:45 am and I finally went back to sleep. I heard every curse word yelled by each of them. Suggestion—the door to each loft needs a deadbolt lock for added security. The neighborhood where the west end flats are located is sketchy and if I was a female—it may not feel totally safe at night Other than that—neat and would suggest....

Street lights from the church across the street shined very brightly in the bedroom window so some room darkening curtains would be helpful. "We arrived at the check-in time. The apartment was ready, clean, and comfortable.The coffee, water, wine, popcorn and instant oatmeal were nice. Easy walk to Floyd Country Store, Farmers market, and restaurants. Needs: the coded door lock either needs to be replaced or needs a fresher battery. The rubber buttons are troublesome - requiring a long push for each. The towel rack in the bathroom needs to be reattached before it falls out. "We stayed two nights and throughly enjoyed our stay. The listing is very accurate. Everything was exactly as stated. It is extremely quiet. We needed new batteries for the remote to one of the tvs that wasn’t working and they were delivered within minutes of checking in. The location is fantastic. The bed was very comfortable and I loved that there is not a window in the bedroom (we like it pitch dark to sleep). This is a lovely place and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!"
