"It was a very quick trip. Had been traveling 12 straight hours, they let me check in early (God Sent). Gave me enough time to freshen up for my meeting. Everything was great, got great rest when I was finally able to."

"Nicely renovated room although the bed was too firm for me. The breakfast was very good and easy parking as well. Close to everything I need too. "

"The remote wasn’t working and I reported it after my check-in. The guy working was quick to come up and replace it. There were a couple of issues with a kitchen drawer and some green paint over some areas in the bathroom that I reported. It seemed they were aware. The latter issues weren’t a problem for me, I just didn’t want to be charged. Also, I appreciated the promptness of attention from the agent working when I reported the issue with the remote. Additionally, I called to extend my stay one more day due to a family issue that brought me in to town and it was easy to do that issue via phone (I presume to their call center; I’ll go down to the front desk in the morning to ensure there is no issue)."
