I was told I was on a side of the building with no smoking and no pets, and that was not the case. There were two dogs in the room above me, they never turned their loud TV off, they were dragging things around. If I had known there was any possibility of this happening, I would’ve requested a different room upon check-in.

Disappointed. Room was noisy, there was a weird cleaning smell from bathroom that never faded, water pressure was weak in shower, it was completely slick in there (no grippers) and the dining area was way way too small.

Staff were polite and efficient for check in. Bed was comfortable and clean with several different types of pillows which we appreciated. However location leaves much to be desired (inconvenient, no restaurants nearby), breakfast area was crowded (we had to take plates into lobby since all tables were filled. Shower was tiny (reminded us of a RV!). We'll look for another hotel next trip.
