A very professional, friendly and helpful staff including the valet parking attendants and especially concierge Benjamin who researched the various tours and cruises and found the perfect ones for me!!! I looked out over the marina and across the water to the outstanding display of the cherry blossoms. Wonderful "

"Our family felt very safe and welcomed by the ataff. Our room was clean and very comfortable, although we had to ask for washcloths 5 of 6 days. Also, the concierge wasn't very helpful."

"The staff were fantastic and so friendly! It was a very busy weekend with the flower bloom. I had higher expectations for the Pendry on cleaning and attention to details as my room felt slightly dirty and the hallways always had something gross on the floors, but nonetheless I really enjoyed my stay. Bar Pendry was a memorable evening, and the fitness facility was top notch. Moonraker is great for a view but service is slow so just be prepared for longer wait times. A great few days for my visit...
